Send us photos of your windows and doors on WhatsApp. We work out approximate measurements from your photos and send you a quote. Before anything is made and fitted, we do a check measure at your home so everything fits exactly.

Choose your window style

Casement windows

The casement is Britain's best-selling window, and it works on almost any Leeds home, from a back-to-back terrace to a 1930s bay-fronted semi or a new build. Choose a single opener, a full bay or a pair of side-hung sashes that open like French doors. Our slim, sculpted profile lets in plenty of light and locks firmly.

Tilt and turn windows

One handle does it all: turn it one way and the window tilts in at the top for ventilation; turn it the other way and it swings right in so you can clean the outside safely from indoors. They are a good choice for upstairs rooms, flats and anywhere an outward-opening window would get in the way.

Heritage windows

For Victorian, Edwardian and Georgian houses, our heritage range has slim flush sashes, traditional proportions and period hardware, with modern levels of insulation and noise reduction.

Frames that last

We build our uPVC windows from a leading British-designed, multi-chambered profile, steel-reinforced where needed. They will not rot or warp, never need painting, and the uPVC can be recycled at the end of its life.

Glass upgrades

All our windows are double glazed with energy-saving glass as standard. You can then upgrade room by room:

  • Comfort glass keeps in up to 56% more heat than older double glazing.*
  • Solar-control glass blocks up to half the sun's heat, which helps in south and west-facing rooms and conservatories.*
  • Acoustic glass reduces noise by about 20% more, useful near main roads, railway lines and the airport.*
  • Toughened and laminated safety glass
  • UV-blocking glass filters out up to 99% of UV rays to protect floors and furniture from fading.*

*Figures from the glass manufacturer, compared with a 4/16/4 mm air-filled unit with uncoated glass.

Keeping your home secure

  • Steel-reinforced frames with multi-point locking and mushroom cams that resist lifting and levering.
  • Night-vent settings, child restrictors and fire-escape hinges where they are needed.

Colours

Standard range: White, Cream, Tan, Brown and Grey. Premium range: Claystone, Windsor, Agate Grey, Pebble Grey, Sage, Chartwell Green, Dark Green, Steel Blue, Dark Red, Haze Grey, Kensington Grey, Buckingham Grey, Basalt Grey, Slate Grey, Anthracite Grey (smooth or woodgrain), Black, Black Brown, Irish Oak, Golden Oak, Light Oak, Rosewood and more, plus over 150 RAL colours to order. You can have a colour outside and white inside, or two different colours. We bring samples to your survey so you can see them against your brickwork or stone.

Handles and hardware

Handles are available in white, chrome, gold, graphite, black and antique black. On heritage windows you can choose traditional butt hinges, monkey-tail or pear-drop handles and stays in nine finishes, including pewter, bronze, satin chrome and antique bronze.

Why homeowners choose Roundhay Windows And Doors

A family name on every job

We are a third-generation family business. One of the family looks after your enquiry and keeps an eye on your installation from start to finish.

More than three decades of know-how

Our family has been making and installing windows and doors for over 30 years, so we have seen every kind of opening, bay and awkward corner.

Built in our own workshop

We make your frames to measure ourselves instead of buying them in, so we can check the quality of every joint, seal and lock.

Our fitters, nobody else's

The people who arrive at your door work for us. We never hand your installation to a subcontractor.

15 years of cover, in writing

Every installation comes with our written 15-year guarantee. Read what it covers.

A free survey and a firm price

We visit, measure and talk through the options, then give you a fixed written quote. No hard sell, and no obligation.
