How much do new windows cost in Leeds?
It depends on the number of windows, their size and style, and the material and colour you choose. We give you a fixed written price after a free survey, so there are no surprises.
Do you use subcontractors?
No. Our own team makes your windows and doors in our workshop, and our own fitters install them.
Will I need planning permission?
For most houses, no. Replacing windows and doors with ones that look similar is usually permitted development. Listed buildings, flats and homes in some conservation areas or under an Article 4 direction are different, and Leeds has around 80 conservation areas, so we check your address before we quote.
Do you work on period and stone houses?
Yes. Much of our work in Leeds is on Victorian and Edwardian villas and gritstone cottages, where flush casement and sliding sash windows look right.
Can you supply and install a single window or door?
Yes. Whether it is one front door or a whole house, we are happy to help.
